Your one window interface is fantastic and the whole project/document concept is perfectly suited to a writer's real needs. It's compact, so works extremely well in confined spaces like laptop screens on buses.

Great Program!! The best means by which to compose a piece in small pieces, juggle them around and get them right I've ever used ... The ability to hop back and forth between sections, to leave notes all over the place, and to see clearly where you are and what is in a particular fragment (without actually opening it) is invaluable.

In my opinion - and I say this with all the strength of an entire afternoon of playing with Ulysses behind me :) - you break all the right [rules]. I'm not a programmer, I have no idea about Interface Guidelines and whatnot so I can't possibly comment on whether or not you're doing anything "wrong". What I am is a creative (if, sadly, unpublished) writer and I go by what I see. What I see is an ingenious product that works.

There is a nice road ahead of the people at Blue:Tec, and they have a product that I feel is very unique and good at what it is supposed to do. If you do any creative writing at all, I suggest you give a shot.
